2. Membership and Subscriptions

2.1. By purchasing a membership or subscription, you agree to pay the fees as described at the time of purchase.

2.2. Memberships and subscriptions are personal to the registered user and may not be transferred or shared.

2.3. Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

2.4. Annual subscriptions automatically renew each year unless canceled at least 7 days before the renewal date.

2.5. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

3.1. Class bookings are subject to availability and your membership tier.

3.2. You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

3.3. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will count against your subscription allowance.

3.4. Squid Esports Training Pod reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, affected members will be notified as soon as possible and offered alternative options.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1. You agree to treat all staff, coaches, and other members with respect and courtesy.

4.2. Harassment, abuse, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

4.3. You agree to follow all facility rules and coach instructions while using our services.

4.4. You agree not to damage equipment or facilities. Any damages caused by intentional misuse will be charged to the responsible member.

5. Equipment and Facilities

5.1. While using our equipment and facilities, you agree to handle all property with care.

5.2. Members may bring their own peripherals (mouse, keyboard, headset) but use them at their own risk.

5.3. Squid Esports Training Pod is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

5.4. Installation of software on our computers is strictly prohibited unless authorized by staff.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content on our website and training materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and coaching methodologies, are the property of Squid Esports Training Pod and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without explicit permission.

6.3. Recording of coaching sessions is permitted only with prior consent from the coach and for personal use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Squid Esports Training Pod provides coaching and training services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee any specific results or improvements in gameplay.

7.2. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

7.3. Our total liability for any claims relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription.
